Taxes and duties included in price (DDP).
All local customs duties and taxes are included in the price. Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning no additional charges upon delivery.

Cancel order
If you have recently placed your order and it has not yet been dispatched, please contact us at contact@ravnjewelry.com, and we will process the cancellation on your behalf.
If your order has already been dispatched, it will need to be handled as a return in accordance with our return policy.

Defective item
If you encounter any issues with the product you received, please contact us at
contact@ravnjewelry.com. Kindly include your order number and a clear photograph of the item in question. We will review the matter promptly and assist you accordingly.

Returns and refunds

Return of order
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ravnjewelry.com with your order number, and we will assist you in arranging a return label. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We are unable to accept returns for items that show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

Custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled. This includes any product made to order or altered to your specifications such as items that have been engraved, embossed, or otherwise customized in any way.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the package remains your responsibility until it has been received by us. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), If approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
